Manufacturer
Tata
India · part of Tata Motors
The group's own passenger brand and India's largest domestic manufacturer — a fleet almost invisible in Western sources despite its size. Its Revotron petrol and Revotorq diesel families are Tata's own, so Jaguar Land Rover documentation does not transfer to them; the exception is the Harrier and Safari, which sit on a Land Rover-derived platform with a Fiat-licensed diesel, three lineages in one vehicle.

What makes one worth reading:
- The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
- What you measured, not only what you replaced.
- What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
