Charging is almost certainly working — confirm through the car's app or dashboard rather than the port lights. Worth repairing, because without them every charge becomes a guess, but nothing here prevents driving or charging.

The control circuit for one of the charge coupler's status indicators is faulty.
The coupler status indicators are the lights that tell somebody standing at the car what the charging connection is doing — connected, charging, finished, faulted — usually as colours or flash patterns around the charge port.
There are three of them, and that is the detail worth pausing on. Three separate driven circuits mean the car can show combinations rather than one state at a time, which is how a single port conveys several distinct conditions to a person who cannot see a dashboard from where they are standing.
None of this affects charging itself, and that is precisely the risk: the car may be charging perfectly while showing nothing at all. On a vehicle whose charging is silent and invisible, these lamps are the only confirmation at the moment of plugging in, and an owner who sees nothing will usually unplug and try again somewhere else. So an indicator fault reliably presents as a charging complaint, and checking the app rather than the light settles it in seconds.
The circuit is at or above its upper limit, usually an open or a short to supply.
