The car drives normally.
Check the rear window lockout switch on the driver's door panel first. It disables the rear windows entirely so children cannot use them, and a rear window that does nothing from any switch is very often just that. It costs nothing to check and it is a common reason for this complaint.
If that is off and the window still misbehaves, see U0222 — and if this began after a flat battery or a battery change, re-initialising the window usually resolves it.
Do not read too much into a rear window behaving differently from a front one; they are often a different mechanism with a shorter travel, so they are not really comparable.
Otherwise, rear doors take in water through blocked drains, so a damp connector is the usual finding.

Motor C is normally a rear window, and rear windows bring one consideration the front ones do not: the rear window lockout.
Every vehicle with rear windows has a switch on the driver's door panel that disables them, so children cannot operate them. A rear window that does nothing at all, from any switch, is very often that switch being on — and it will happily coexist with an unrelated stored code, which is how it gets misdiagnosed. Checking it costs nothing and should come before anything else.
Rear windows are also frequently a different mechanism from the front. On many vehicles they do not drop fully into the door, they travel a shorter distance, and on some three-door and coupé bodies they are hinged rather than sliding. Comparing a rear window's behaviour against a front one is therefore less meaningful than comparing the two fronts — a rear window that moves differently may simply be a different design.
The rest is as at U0201 and U0222: rear doors take water through blocked drains, their harnesses flex less often but corrode more, and the motor is reporting a mechanism whose stiffness it can feel.
