The vehicle drives normally; one of the windows has stopped responding.
If the window is in a sliding door, its wiring is the first suspect by a long way. The loom has to travel the whole length of the door's track every time it opens, thousands of times, and that is much harder on wiring than an ordinary hinged door. Broken conductors in there are routine.
If the vehicle is a conversion, mention it — the window may have been added rather than fitted at the factory, in which case the converter's wiring and documentation are the place to start rather than the manufacturer's. And if several systems stopped at once, added equipment sharing the vehicle's network can cause that; it is one fault, not many.

Six powered windows puts the vehicle among larger bodies — minibuses, vans with windowed sliding doors, limousines and specialist conversions — and the commercial reasoning at U0204 and U0220 applies: damage and prior installation outrank component wear.
One consideration is specific to these vehicles and worth naming: a windowed sliding door carries its glass and its motor on a panel that moves along a track. Everything electrical inside it is fed through a loom that travels the full length of that track, thousands of times. This is the harshest wiring environment in the whole U02xx block — worse than a hinged door boot by a considerable margin — and a broken conductor there is the expected finding rather than a possibility to be excluded.
The other is that on converted vehicles the windows may not be original. Fixed glass replaced with opening glass, or a window motor added during conversion, means an aftermarket installation on the vehicle's network — and the U0204 caution applies, that added equipment sharing the bus can silence several modules at once.
Where a conversion is involved, the converter's documentation is the right reference, not the base vehicle manufacturer's.
