Injection Pressure Regulator
The valve that controls how much of the high-pressure oil supply reaches the injectors, and bleeds the rest back to the sump. It is what the module actually moves when it wants more or less injection pressure, so a regulator that cannot hold pressure gives a no-start with a perfectly healthy fuel system — and one that cannot release it leaves pressure standing after shutdown.
