Purge Flow Sensor
Measures vapour actually moving from the charcoal canister to the intake, letting the module verify purge directly rather than inferring it from fuel trim. Systems carrying one can diagnose evaporative faults considerably more precisely, because a flow problem and a sensor problem set different codes instead of one ambiguous complaint.
