U0467: Ungültige Daten vom Steuergerät für Kraftstoffadditiv empfangen
Was zu tun ist
This one costs nothing today and a great deal in six months, which is exactly why it gets ignored.
Your car has a small tank of additive that is dosed into the fuel to help the particulate filter burn off its soot. It is a consumable, like screenwash, and most owners have no idea it exists. This code means the car can no longer tell whether it is being dosed.
There will be no symptom at all. The engine runs the same, the economy is the same, and nothing warns you. What happens instead is that the filter stops clearing properly, and blocks — months later, expensively.
So get it looked at while it is cheap, and ask specifically whether the additive tank needs refilling and whether the counter has been reset.
Two things to insist on if the particulate filter has already been replaced or is being replaced. The additive tank must be refilled at the same time, and the counter reset. A new filter fitted without doing that blocks again on the same timescale, and that is a well-known and thoroughly avoidable repeat bill.
The additive is specific to your car. Do not let anything else be put in the tank.
Was dieser Code bedeutet
The fuel additive control module is broadcasting data that cannot be accepted as true. See U0400 for the family's framing, and P2584 for the system itself.
Some diesels carry a small tank of fuel-borne catalyst — a cerium or iron compound — which is metered into the fuel tank in tiny quantities each time it is refilled. The additive ends up in the soot collected by the particulate filter, and it lowers the temperature at which that soot will burn. A filter dosed this way regenerates at exhaust temperatures an undosed one could not reach, which is how the system exists at all on vehicles that spend their lives at low load.
The single thing worth knowing about this system is that it is a consumable, and nobody knows it is there. The tank holds enough for tens of thousands of miles and then runs out. There is no symptom whatsoever when it does — the engine runs identically, the economy is unchanged, and nothing on the dashboard says the filter has quietly stopped burning off properly.
The bill arrives months later as a blocked particulate filter, and it is a large one. That is the real content of this code: the module reports tank level, dose counts and consumption, and an implausible figure means the vehicle can no longer tell whether it is dosing at all.
Three things follow, and each saves real money.
- A filter replaced without refilling the additive blocks again, on the same timescale, for the same reason. This is a well-known and expensive repeat.
- The dose counter has to be reset when the tank is refilled, or the module keeps counting from the old total and its figures never make sense.
- The additive is specific to the vehicle, and topping the tank with something else does not do the job the exhaust chemistry needs.
As everywhere in this family, the module usually reports faithfully — a level sensor, the metering pump, or the wiring in the tank area is the likelier fault than the module itself.

Dazu wurde noch nichts veröffentlicht. Was immer Sie gefunden haben, ist es wert, aufgeschrieben zu werden — selbst eine Sackgasse erspart jemandem denselben Nachmittag.
Was einen Bericht lesenswert macht:
- Das Fahrzeug — Marke, Modell, Baujahr und Motor. Derselbe Fehler verhält sich auf jedem anders.
- Was Sie gemessen haben, nicht nur, was Sie getauscht haben.
- Was es tatsächlich behoben hat — oder dass nichts es behoben hat, was ebenso nützlich ist.
