O que fazer
Charging will be slow or will not complete. Before suspecting the car, try a different charge point on a different circuit — a supply that sags under load produces exactly this. If it happens everywhere, the charger needs looking at.
O que este código significa
The on-board charger's high voltage output is below its lower limit.
This is the harder-edged sibling of P0D20. That one says the output is not what was asked for; this one says it is beneath the floor, which is a much narrower claim and points more firmly at supply.
A charger cannot produce more than it is given. If the mains supply is sagging under load — a long extension lead, thin cable, a socket shared with something else — the charger's output falls with it, and the car stores this rather than the input code because the output is what it is watching most closely. Check P0D27 and P0D29 before anything else, because both describe the same event seen from the other side.
The other honest cause is the charger derating for heat, which is P0D24, and the third is the output sensor reading low when the real voltage is fine.
