A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor
Reports refrigerant pressure so the engine module can raise idle before the compressor engages and cut it out if pressure goes dangerously high or uselessly low. That protective role is why a sensor fault usually stops air conditioning entirely — the module will not run a compressor whose pressure it cannot see, and running one with no refrigerant destroys it for want of lubrication.
