Cooling Fan Relay

Switches the heavy current the cooling fans draw. Worth testing before the fan motor on any fan complaint — it is far cheaper and fails more often, and a fan that does not run says nothing on its own about which of the two is at fault. Contacts that weld closed produce the opposite symptom, a fan that runs constantly and flattens the battery.
